Where do we deliver to?
Baumanns.ie now delivers to anywhere in the world.
How much does Delivery cost?
We are currently offering a flat rate shipping fee of just €10.00 for all orders from Ireland (North & South).
U.K. delivery rate is €20 per shipment, European Delivery is €30 per shipment, and the rest of the world is €40 per shipment.
Partial Delivery
Baumanns.ie does not offer partial delivery at this time. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that all of the items you have ordered are in stock and we will let you know when they are leaving our premises.
Money Orders & Cheques
Baumanns.ie offer you various ways to purchase products at our shop. If
you do not have a credit card or do not wish to use your credit card you
may choose to purchase using either a Money Order or a Cheque. These
should be made payable to "Baumanns of Stillorgan". Once we receive and
clear your cheque or money order we will ship the goods the following
day.

number and your date of purchase on it.

Delivery Damaged or Missing Items
If there is any items missing or damaged in your delivery please contact us as soon as possible. Please include all of the following information in the email.
- Customer Name
- Customer Number
- Invoice Number
- An accurate description of the problem
- Provide digital images of the damaged items / parcel if possible.
Warranty
A warranty is provided by the manufacturer and not the trader. A warranty can be made void if the item is damaged by the consumer, even if unintentionally.

Returns
At Baumanns.ie it is important to us that our customers feel that they have received an excellent service. If you have received an item that is damaged or is not working as intended then please email returns@baumanns.ie with all of the following details.
- Customer Name
- Customer Number
- Invoice Number
- An accurate description of the problem or damage
- Provide digital images of the damaged items if applicable.
Our returns department will then email you back with further instructions on how to proceed.
